The government is interested in implementing the TSS but what the central government is interested in is referred to as a sponsored scheme (CSS). CSS (C55) are schemes that are provided in conjunction with most of the state / or fixed portion.

This is a comprehensive program aimed at improving the impact of school education with equal opportunities and learning outcomes There are schemes like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, School Education Department and Literacy.
