First on Wednesday, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the decision has been taken to remind the public that the epidemic is however simmering.
“Masks, social distancing and washing hands are the three mean to stay comfortable in the scarcity of any vaccine. We have decided to launch a public crusade to put forward awareness about these criteria in public places,” said Javadekar while cluing in the media on different closet rulings.
