Begin with meditation

Whenever you start yoga, sit in the posture of meditation and concentrate the mind for some time with the chanting of the word ‘Om’. Concentrate on your inhaling breath.

Do helpful exercises 

First of all, straighten your legs forward on the mat. Now move the claws back and forth. By doing this, pain in the ankles is cured. Do this ten times. Now while inhaling-exhale, rotate the claws. Now open and close the fingers of the toes 20 times.

If there is not much pain in the legs, then bend one knee and hold it well with the hand and keep the waist straight. Now raise the legs straight 10 times and then keep them on the floor. Now do this with the other leg. Watch the video to see in detail.

Now bend both the legs and sit in the posture of Padmasana and raise both the hands towards the sky while inhaling. Stay for some time and stretch the body by turning backwards to the left while doing the exhalation. Now while inhaling again, raise the hands while moving forward and look backwards while moving both the hands to the right side and lower the hands. Do this 10 times. Place one palm on your knee and one behind on the mat.
