The application forms for this examination have to be filled online on the website www.sebexam.org from Date: 09/12/2022 to Date: 30/12/2022.
Candidate Qualification :-
Primary Drawing Level Examination:- Students studying in 5th to 8th standard
Secondary Drawing Level Examination:- Students studying in 9th to 12th standard
Exam Fee :-
Primary Drawing Level Examination Fee Rs.50/-(Rs. Fifty Rounds)
Secondary Drawing Level Examination Fee Rs.60/-(Rupees Sixty Rounds)
Service charge has to be paid separately. Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
* Examination Centre:
It has been decided to allot an examination center to the school which enrolls 100 or more students in the primary drawing examination.
It has been decided to allot an examination center to the school which has a total of 100 or more students enrolled in the secondary drawing examination.
It has been decided to keep the examination center for the students of the school in which less than 100 students are enrolled at the nearest examination center or at any one school at the cluster level among such schools taking into consideration the geographical position.
The Chairman of the State Examination Board will take the final decision regarding the selection of the examination centre.
* Regarding Conduct of Examination:-
. It has been decided to keep the pre-examination and post-examination operations for the primary drawing examination at the office of the District Primary Education Officer.
. It has been decided that the pre-examination and post-examination operations for the secondary drawing examination will be handled by the office of the District Education Officer.
Eligibility and Examination Fee for Private / External Candidates :-
– To appear in Primary Drawing Examination :- Should have studied at least from 5th to 8th standard.
To appear in Secondary Drawing Examination:- Must have studied at least from 9th to 12th standard.
Online form filling facility has been provided for external candidates (those who are not studying in school in class 5th to 12th) Candidates who have to appear in primary or secondary drawing examination can apply as EXTERNAL CANDIDATES.
• Forms and fees filled by post or courier will not be accepted for outside candidates.
• Primary Drawing Level Examination Fee Rs.50/-(Rupees Fifty Round) Secondary Drawing Level Examination Fee Rs.60/-(Rupees Sixty Round)
• Service charge to be paid separately. Fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
How to Apply Online :-
In terms of this advertisement the application will be accepted online by the State Examination Board.Candidates from Date:09/12/2022 (15.00 PM) to Date:-30/12/2022 (Upto 23.59 PM) at www.sebexam.org Application form can be filled. Candidates have to follow the following steps to apply. The application will be considered valid only after the application form is confirmed.
The entire form has to be filled in English.
First go to www.sebexan.org.
Click on “Apply online.
After that, if you want to take the primary drawing exam then ELEMENTARY DRAWING GRADE EXAM – 2022( Std 5 to 8 )” or if you want to take the secondary drawing exam “NTERMEDIATE DRAWING GRADE EXAM – 7022( Std 9 to 12 )” Click on Annly Now to do
By clicking on Apply Now, Student Type will appear, after that two options will appear REGULAR CANDIDATE and EXTERNAL CANDIDATE. If you are a student then you have to select REGULAR CANDIDATE and if you want to take the exam as a private / external candidate you have to select EXTERNAL CANDIDATE.
The details of the student have to be filled based on the U-DISE Number.
For school details to be filled on the basis of DISE Number of the school. (correction only if showing old school details)
Now clicking on Save will save your data. Application Number will be generated here. Which has to be preserved.
Now click on Confirm Application. Type your Application Number here and Type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit and Confirm. Confirmno will be generated after the application is confirmed. Which you have to save and save.
After that, if you want to make online payment, you have to make online payment before printing the print application. Multiple payments can be made simultaneously. Exam fee can be paid through CREDIT CARD/ATM CARD/NET BANKING through online payment gateway.
After online payment and e-recepit will be generated with Print Application from. If the student needs a print, take a print.
By clicking on EXTERNAL CANDIDATE the form button will appear. Which has to be clicked
All the required information must be filled first in the Application Format.
Now doing ik on 5e will save your data. Here the application number of the candidate will be generated.
Now it will be your batar to braid today. Here the platon umber of the candidate will be deployed. Which the candidate has to keep.
• Now check Upload photo-Signature and any IT Proof Driving License PAN Card, Election Card, Aadhaar Card at the top of the page. Type your Application Number here and Type your Birth Date, then click on Submit. Here Photo Signature and any IT driving license, pan card, election card, aadhar card) are to be uploaded.
* To upload Photo Signature and any IT Proof (Driving Licence, PAN Card, Election Card, Aadhaar Inst Card) first of all upload your Photo and Signature in 15 KB in PG format and any IT Proof (Driving Licence, PAN Card, Election Card, Aadhaar Card} in PG/pdf format not more than 5000 in size should be in the computer. Click on the Browse button. Now from the screen of choose File in which file your Photo Signature in JPG format and any Mati Puk (Driving License, Pan Card, Election Card, Aadhaar Card) is stored. Select that file and click on Open Button. Now click on upload button next to Browse Button. Photo Signature and any one IT proof have to be uploaded along with all three. Now next to your ho, Signature and any one IT (driving license, pan card, election card, aadhar card) will appear.
Now click on Confirm Application, Type your Application Number here and select your Date. Then click on Submit. By clicking on Confirm, the candidate’s application will be accepted online by the board and only after that it will be considered valid.
Now click on Print Application / Challan, Type your Confirmation Number here and Type your Birth Date. Then click on Submit,
Take a printout of the application form. (If print is required and available, take print out, otherwise take screen shot.)
Then to make online payment online payment has to be done before taking print out of print application. Multiple payments can be made simultaneously. CREDIT CARD/ATM CARD/NET BANKING UPI Shree Exam Fee can be paid through online payment gateway.
Click on “PRINT APPLICATION” and fill the details to deposit the fee online. Then click on ONLINE PAYMENT. Select the appropriate option from the given options and next
Fill in the details. After the fee has been deposited, you have received your fee. It will be written on SCREEN. And take a print out of the receipt you will get. If there is any error in the process, then your fee will be shown as unpaid on SCREEN.
Click on “Print Receipt” to get E-receipt, fill the details and click on submit to get E-receipt.
If the e-receipt is not generated within 24 hours after the fee amount has been deducted from his bank account, the online fee payer should immediately contact the State Examination Board by e-mail.
Guiding Instructions ::
. District Education Officers/Primary Education Officers/Administrative Officers shall compulsorily send a copy of this notification to all Government Primary and Secondary Schools, Granted Schools, Private Schools under their control by date: 09/12/2022.
If there is a complaint from any school about non-receipt of notification or late receipt, the full responsibility will be the office of the concerned District Education Officer/ District Primary Education Officer/ Administrative Officer.
It is the sole responsibility of the school to fill the application forms online for the students.
If the students studying in the school apply as External Candidate, their form will be canceled and the fee will not be refunded.

Efforts should be made to make maximum number of students appear in the examination by publishing advertisement in educational magazines and newspapers published at the district level.
Keeping in mind the interest of the student, efforts should be made to fill the application form of at least 5 (five) students from each school of the district.

. If there is no name, date of birth, caste or any other mistake while filling the form or the name of the student is not visible while entering the Aadhar Dice number, then the principal of the school where the student is currently studying should contact the principal of the school and correct the details of the Aadhaar Dice number by the principal. The application form can be filled after 24 hours.
