3– If there is more problem in digestion, gas is being formed, if you are feeling nervous , tired or dizzy, then do not be careless in it and immediately show it to the nearest doctor.

Keep the heart healthy: Heart-related problems are caused due to carelessness in the common routine and taking unhealthy diet and smoking, so if we live by taking care of some things then it can be avoided-

1- The main cause of heart-related diseases is smoking, so if smoking is included in your habit then change it.

Do regular exercise or yoga. Many asanas in yoga are very important for a healthy heart like Pranayama, Anulom-Vilom etc.
