NISTHA TRAINING BABAT NO LATEST PARIPATRA

The Department of School Education and Literacy has inaugurated a national mission to enhance learning outcomes at the primary level through an integrated educator training program called NISHTHA under the centrally financed scheme of Composite Education in 2109-20.

 NISHTHA is a capability skyscraper policy to “enhance the integrity of schooling through incorporated teacher training”.  It intends for to build efficiency among all teachers and school principals at the initial level.  NISHTHA is the world’s biggest teacher training strategy of its kind.  The primary purpose of this enormous training program is to encourage and equip teachers to encourage and promote critical thinking in students.  This ambition is the first in which nationally formalized training modules have been formulated for all states and union sovereignty.

 Respecting the above subject that previous year NISHTHA training was administered in the entire state of Gujarat.  In which 89297 primary school teachers were educated face to face.  Unpaid to the epidemic of Kovid-12, this year training will be administered through online mode through loyalty courses on the initiate ion platform.  To add primary teachers (encompassing government grants, KGBV, Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School and Sainik School) to primary school through Nisha, which did not undergo loyalty training last year.  Transpires.  This training is getting on to start in Gujarat from 5th October 2020.  The district level has made necessary arrangements for the smooth completion of all 12 courses of loyalty training for the remaining primary teachers (Government Granted, KGBV, Ashram School, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Railway School and Sainik School).
